The Conroy Lounge Expands Dinner Offerings And Kitchen Hours
The Conroy Lounge, which opened last week on Milwaukee Street, is expanding into full dinner service, introducing entrees and kitchen hours to meet growing demand for dining.
Beginning this week, The Conroy is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5PM to 11PM, with the kitchen now serving food until close. The updated menu introduces a selection of entrees to complement the lounge’s signature cocktail program. New dishes include the 8oz Filet Mignon with Garlic Mash and Red Wine ($53), Japanese A5 Wagyu ($55), Seared Salmon with Summer Squash, Pesto, and Pistachios ($28), Spicy Radiatori ($19), Caribbean-Spiced Chicken ($25), and The Burger with American Cheese, Pickles, Aioli, and Fries ($19).
The Shared Plates section, previously listed as Bites, now features more substantial portions designed for sharing.
Bubbles & Bumps happy hour continues Tuesday through Friday from 5PM to 7PM with updated pricing: Caviar Bump $8, Prosecco $8, House Red and White Wines $7, House Select Cocktails $6, and half-priced signature cocktails, including spirit-free options.
Studio Conroy, the Saturday night champagne feature, now runs the full evening from 5PM to 11PM.
