The Conroy Debuts The Modern Supper Club — A Limited Fall/Winter Dining Experience in Downtown Milwaukee
Milwaukee, WI — This November, The Conroy introduces The Modern Supper Club, a limited fall/winter dining experience that celebrates and reinterprets Wisconsin’s iconic supper club tradition for a modern generation. While it honors the heritage of classic supper clubs, The Conroy’s version is decidedly not traditional — a contemporary expression of comfort, connection, and elevated dining created for today’s guest.
Led by Chef Hector Martinez (The Capital Grille), the menu delivers approachable luxury with refined execution. Signature offerings include:
- Caviar Flights with Royal Osetra
- A5 Japanese Wagyu by the ounce
- Roasted Seafood Platters featuring lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, and mussels in chili-garlic butter
Guests can begin with:
- Wagyu Carpaccio
- Dry-Aged Meatballs
- Burrata & Charred Tomatoes
- Saffron Mussels
Before entrées such as:
- Filet Mignon with red-wine demi-glace and garlic potato purée
- Sliced Ribeye Au Poivre with brandy peppercorn and truffle fries
- Crispy Salmon with butternut-squash purée and pistachios
- The signature Wagyu Burger
Happy Hour runs Monday–Friday, 4:30–6:30 PM, continuing The Conroy’s signature Bubbles & Bumps — caviar bumps and champagne — now joined by Dry-Aged Meatballs, the Wagyu Burger, Parmesan Truffle Fries, and house-made chips with caramelized-onion dip, alongside $8 select wines, and half-priced classic and signature cocktails.
Live jazz and vocal performances will follow the menu launch, introducing a modern interpretation of supper-club entertainment for today’s audience.
