MILWAUKEE – All aboard the “Brewers Express!”

On Wednesday, October 8, the Milwaukee Brewers will take on their rival, the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, in Game 3 of the National League Division Series, and the team is on board to help Brewers fans to bring the energy to Wrigley Field.

Brewers fans have always traveled in high numbers to cheer on the Crew in Chicago, whether it’s a regular season contest or an occasion like the 2018 Division Tiebreaker game that launched the Brewers run to the NLCS. With excitement building for this NLDS rivalry series, next week will bring more of the same.

Fans can board the designated “Brewers Express” train at the Milwaukee Intermodal Station (433 W. St. Paul Avenue), surrounded by the Famous Racing Sausages® and the Brewers 4-1-Force. The Brew Crew will be onsite to hype up the crowd, offering Brewers giveaways and bratwursts to the first 300 train-riding fans. Further, a DJ will be onsite to keep the crowd entertained as they wait to board the southbound train.

The second stop on the “Brewers Express” will be at the Milwaukee Airport Railroad Station (5601 S. 6th Street), where the train will pick up Bernie Brewer and Barrelman, amongst more Brewers fans, and make the final descent to Chicago Union Station. Fans boarding at the Airport Station will also enjoy Brewers giveaways as they wait to board. The train will continue to Chicago Union Station with its normally planned stops along the way.

Each car of the “Brewers Express” train will be decorated in Brewers blue and yellow as fans cross the border into Illinois in high style. The “Brewers Express,” otherwise known as the Hiawatha, runs five daily trains between Milwaukee and Chicago.

The departure time of the “Brewers Express” train will be announced when game times are confirmed, and fans will book their train tickets at AmtrakHiawatha.com. Fans will still need a game ticket to enter Wrigley Field.
