Sycamore Building and Investment Company Purchases West Park Place Building

RFP Commercial Recent Sale Transaction

Sycamore Building and Investment Company purchased the 15,980 square foot building at 11730 West Park Place in Milwaukee for $1,600,000.  The facility will be the new sales and service offices for DMG Mori on a long-term lease. Bob Flood handled the investment sale. TAT Real Estate Holdings, LLC was the Seller.  This transaction closed Wednesday, June 22nd.
