Suspects Criminally Charged in Connection to a Homicide

MILWAUKEE, WI – On Monday, January 20, 2025, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Quintarez D. Morris and Jeremiah N. Taylor in connection to a homicide. The incident occurred on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at approximately 11:27 a.m., on the 1100 block of S. 37th Street.

Morris and Taylor were each charged with two counts of First-Degree Reckless Homicide- as a Party to a Crime, Use of a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted, they could each face up to 130 years.

Morris was arrested today. Milwaukee Police continue to seek Taylor. Anyone with any information on Taylor’s whereabouts is asked to contact Milwaukee Police at (414) 935-7360 or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at (414) 224-Tips or P3 Tips App.
