Suspect Criminally Charged in Connection to a Cold Case 1990 Homicide
MILWAUKEE, WI – On February 9, 2023, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Larnell Washington in connection to the homicide of Annette Love. The incident occurred on July 16, 1990, on the 3400 block of N. 4th Street. The victim succumbed to a fatal gunshot wound.
Washington was charged with one count of First Degree Reckless Homicide, as Party to a Crime, Use of a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.
Washington was arrested on February 11, 2023, in the State of Washington.
