Supervisor Priscilla E. Coggs-Jones Appointed to Serve on Milwaukee County Parks and Culture Committee

MILWAUKEE – Supervisor Priscilla E. Coggs-Jones was appointed last month by Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson to serve on the Milwaukee County Parks and Culture Committee. In this role, Supervisor Coggs-Jones will contribute to the Committee’s oversight of park management and improvement efforts. The Committee is chaired by Supervisor Sheldon Wasserman.

As the representative of the 13th Supervisory District, Supervisor Coggs-Jones is responsible for several key parks, including:

– Beckum Park – 900 W. Brown St.
– Carver Park – 911 W. Brown St.
– Gordon Park – 2828 N. Humboldt Blvd.
– Lucille Berrien Park – 3629 N. 16th St.
– Milwaukee River Parkway
– Moody Park – 2201 W. Auer Ave.
– Pleasant Valley Park – 1229 E. Concordia Ave.
– Rose Park – 3045 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.
– Roverwest Dog Park – 3243 N. Weil St.
