Supervisor Coggs-Jones to Host Transit and Paratransit Leaders at Upcoming Listen & Learn Session
MILWAUKEE – Supervisor Priscilla E. Coggs-Jones will host a Listen & Learn Session on Transit and Paratransit in Milwaukee County on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. The event will feature a panel of leaders from the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) and aims to enhance the understanding of the services provided by Milwaukee County for District 13 residents. Supervisor Coggs-Jones made the following statement:
“I am committed to fostering an open dialogue between the community and transit leaders to ensure that the services provided by Milwaukee County meet the needs of our residents. This Listen & Learn Session will be an opportunity to engage with the public, address concerns, and collaborate on improvements to enhance the overall transit experience for everyone in District 13.”
The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at 2460 N. 6th St, the Northcott Neighborhood House, a multi-purpose community center servicing the 53212 and surrounding zip code neighborhoods. Attendees can expect brief remarks and conversations with Supervisor Priscilla E. Coggs-Jones, Director of MCTS Donna Brown-Martin, General Manager of Transdev Brian Kading, Director of Paratransit/Transit Plus Fran Musci, and President and Managing Director of MCTS Denise Wandke.
