Summerfest Announces Additional Headliners and Sound Waves Stage Themed Dance Nights for 55th Anniversary

MILWAUKEE, WI (May 3, 2023) – Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance is excited to add more headliners to its lineup, since the initial reveal in late March, along with details of the new Sound Waves Stage, which will make its debut during the 55th anniversary of the festival, June 22-24, June 29-July 1, and July 6-8.

Summerfest’s 55th lineup now includes Ne-Yo, WALK THE MOON, Dylan Scott, Digable Planets, Steven Adler of Guns ‘N Roses, The Bar-Kays, Easy Star All-Stars, Kari Faux, Emo Night Brooklyn, and many more (see full list below).

Summerfest also recently announced A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Trippie Redd, and Kia Rap Princess on Saturday, July 1 at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.  Tickets for that show go on sale this Friday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com and in person at the American Family Insurance Box Office, and include admission to Summerfest the day of the concert.

Sound Waves Stage will be located in the former World Soundstage, near the Summerfest Mid Gate.  It features local Milwaukee area DJ’s along with an enhanced sound and lights experience.  Sound Waves curated theme dance nights include Retro 80’s Dance Party, New Wave Hip-Hop, EMO Takeover, Baila Reggaetón and more.  For details and the Sound Waves Stage daily lineup visit Summerfest.com.
