Statement in Response to Charges Filed Against Jennifer Ploeger From Attorney Jason Luczak

imbel, Reilly, Guerin, and Brown Attorney, Jason Luczak, would like to issue the following statement in response to the charges filed against Jennifer Ploeger:

“It is unfortunate that the District Attorney’s office decided to move forward with these charges. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Jennifer Ploeger is innocent. She fully cooperated with a thorough independent investigation that concluded that she committed no criminal law violations. We will fight these charges to the fullest extent and look forward to proving Ms. Ploeger’s innocence.”
