Senior Housing Developer Signs Long-Term Lease Renewal in Waukesha

(Oct. 2, 2025 – Waukesha, WI) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Capri Communities signed a long-term renewal of its 13,211-square-foot lease at Crossroads Corporate Center III, a 49,835-square-foot office building located at 20875 Crossroads Circle in Waukesha County. Transwestern Executive Vice President Shaun Dempsey represented owner, KPK Eagle Investments, LLC, in lease negotiations.

Capri Communities, a senior housing developer and operator, has been headquartered at the building since 2017. Capri Communities currently manages 39 Wisconsin-based properties, including senior living facilities and affordable housing for individuals with disabilities.

Crossroads Corporate Center III, located within the Crossroads Business Park, offers convenient freeway access, prominent signage opportunities, ample parking, and versatile floor plans. Nearby amenities include the Corners of Brookfield shopping and entertainment district.
