SARA Investment Real Estate purchases Wauwatosa, Wis. office building
Current tenants include Corix Infrastructure, Scottish Rite and Make-a-Wish.
Wauwatosa, Wis. (November 20, 2019) – SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment firm, has closed on the purchase of a 49,061-square-foot office building at 11020 W. Plank Court in Wauwatosa, Wis.

Current tenants include Corix Infrastructure, Scottish Rite and Make-a-Wish. SARA expects to add additional value by reinvesting the current cashflow into lease-up efforts as the building isn’t fully occupied.
