Ryan P. Haas Joins Quarles & Brady’s Business Law Group as Partner

MILWAUKEE (October 5, 2018) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Ryan P. Haas has joined the firm’s Business Law Group as a Partner in its Milwaukee office.

Haas represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as other privately and publicly held businesses, in a variety of significant matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Haas has represented a range of clients including Fortune 50 companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, portfolio companies and more.

Prior to joining Quarles & Brady LLP, Haas was a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  He received his bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Accounting from University of Wisconsin School of Business and graduated cum laude from University of Wisconsin Law School.

Haas was the recipient of Wisconsin Bar Association awards for the highest achievement in Business Transactions and Law & Entrepreneurship.
