Russell Antonio Goodwin, Sr. Sworn In for State Representative for Wisconsin’s 12th Assembly District
MADISON, WI—Reverend Russell Antonio Goodwin, Sr. made history today as he was sworn in as the first African American man to represent Wisconsin’s 12th Assembly District. This milestone reflects a significant moment in the district’s legacy of progress and representation.
As State Representative, Goodwin is focused on addressing key challenges impacting the community. His priorities include:
- Education: Securing greater investment in public schools to ensure every child has access to quality education.
- Public Safety: Implementing solutions to combat reckless driving and enhance safety in neighborhoods.
