Ron Jansen Endorsed by Citizen Action Wisconsin

Ron Jansen, a long-time activist and candidate for Milwaukee County Supervisor District 4, has been endorsed by Citizen Action Wisconsin, a statewide organization dedicated to economic, racial, and environmental justice, and achieving a Wisconsin and an America where every human being has an equal opportunity to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Citizen Action lauds Jansen’s work as an organizer and advocate

Priscilla Bort, Movement Politics Director at Citizen Action Wisconsin, provided the following statement:

“Citizen Action is very proud to endorse Ron Jansen for Milwaukee County Board, District 4. We continue to see and hear from Ron in the community at city council, county board, and school board meetings, just to name a few. He spends time listening to and sitting with people, especially those who have been hurt and left behind, getting to know their concerns as well as their hopes for the district. We know he will be an incredible advocate for policies that will help not just the district but Milwaukee thrive, not just survive.”

In previous years, Citizen Action Wisconsin has also endorsed fellow socialists Missy Zombor, Juan Miguel Martinez, and Ryan Clancy. All three won their races and have continued to fight for the same progressive principles that Jansen shares. All three progressives have also endorsed Ron Jansen in his candidacy for Milwaukee County Supervisor District 4.
