Assisting Hands Home Care leased 1,115 SF at 9130 W Loomis Road in Franklin, WI. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Tenant.

Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented Domino’s Pizza (Doug Baretz), in leasing 1,852 SF at 5401 Caddis Bend, Fitchburg from Pranke Holding, LLC (Mike Pranke), who was represented by Derek Pranke and Tom Treder.
Matthew Beadle and Derek Pranke represented Pleasant Holdings, LLC and in leasing 2,834 SF to Chiro One at Mount Pleasant Commerce Center (7115 Durand Ave., Mount Pleasant).
