Potawatomi Casino Hotel Announces Ronald Hall Promoted to “Chief Experience Officer”

Hall has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry highlighted by two decades in leadership roles at casinos across the county including Las Vegas and Biloxi, Mississippi. Hall came to Potawatomi more than two years ago to lead and innovate the property’s Food and Beverage division. Hall’s accomplishments while at Potawatomi include creating a full food and beverage offering specifically for the new Potawatomi Sportsbook and introducing the contemporary and cutting edge “Cream City Coffee Company” featuring local coffee brands and hand-made pastries among an array of food options.
