“We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Ronald Hall to Chief Experience Officer at Potawatomi Casino Hotel,” said Potawatomi CEO and General Manager Dominic Ortiz. “Over the past two years as our Vice President of Food & Beverage, Ron has become an integral part of the Potawatomi leadership team. During his tenure, we were able to reinvigorate our restaurant offerings, revamp our gift shops, and improve guest service across the property.”

“Ron has gone above and beyond in his role, always putting the guest experience at the heart of his planning process. From implementing new menus, to adding DJs and live music throughout the property, and planning special events for our VIP guests, he always has a solution. In his new role, in addition to his food and beverage responsibilities, he will implement new strategies and programs company-wide to ensure we are always exceeding our guests’ expectations. Please join us in congratulating Ron Hall, CXO of Potawatomi Casino Hotel!”
