By - Mar 6th, 2025 12:45 pm

MADISON, WI – Congressman Mark Pocan (WI-02) released the following statement announcing his attendance at Bernie Sanders’s “Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go From Here” tour in Kenosha on Friday, March 7 at 6:30 pm.

“I’m excited to hear Bernie Sanders speak to my hometown of Kenosha to discuss the Republican Rip Off, the massive transfer of wealth from the middle class and those aspiring to be in the middle class all to pay for a $4.5 trillion tax cut for the wealthiest Americans. I’m glad Bernie is taking this discussion on the road – it’s important people across the country, especially in the Midwest, understand what the Republican majorities in Congress want to do to them.”

The town hall will be at:

UW-Parkside
De Simone Arena
4130 Petrifying Springs Road
Kenosha, WI 53144

Members of the media are also invited to attend.
