WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Representative Mark Pocan (WI-02) released the following statement announcing the inaugural episode of his podcast, With Liberty and Justice for Some:

“As someone who listens to many podcasts, I know they’re a great place to have more in-depth conversations. Washington can be a complex place, so I put together a podcast that talks about some of the bigger issues of our day that just can’t be put into 280 characters for social media. These longer form conversations will range from Medicare Advantage to Social Security to why the GOP majority in Congress will try to give a giant tax break for the wealthiest in this country. I’ll explain Washington, my job, and how it matters to people, not just back home but across the country. I call it Liberty and Justice for Some. As great as the promise of this country is, too many people don’t have access to that promise, and we want to make sure that we change that.”
