6.5-Acre Wildfire At Roche-A-Cri State Park 100% Contained, Hiking To Resume
Update: As of 1 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2024, the Stairway Fire at Roche-A-Cri has been 100% contained, and the park is once again open to hiking. However, the stairway and Mound Trail remain closed. The original release, sent Monday, Oct. 7, is below for reference.
