Nonprofit Leader Julie Granger Joins TEMPO as Chief Partnerships Officer
MILWAUKEE, WI – [December 9, 2025] – TEMPO, a premier women’s professional organization celebrating 50 years of advancing women’s leadership, today announced the appointment of Julie Granger as its Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO). In this newly created executive role, Granger will lead strategic partnerships, membership growth, and revenue-generating initiatives that advance TEMPO’s mission and broaden its influence across Wisconsin and beyond.
Reporting directly to TEMPO’s President & CEO, Granger will serve as a key architect of the organization’s “Expanded Impact” strategic pillar, deepening engagement with members, corporate sponsors, and community stakeholders while exploring opportunities to extend TEMPO’s footprint into new markets.

As Chief Partnerships Officer, Granger will oversee the development and execution of high-impact corporate engagement strategies, innovative membership recruitment and retention initiatives, and new revenue models that ensure TEMPO’s long-term sustainability. She will also serve as a key external representative for the organization, advocating for TEMPO’s mission throughout Milwaukee and beyond.
Most recently, she served as President of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, where she led efforts to provide financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship education to more than 120,000 students statewide.
Prior to Junior Achievement, Granger spent over 20 years with the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) as Executive Vice President, leading membership, talent strategy, marketing, communications, and equity and inclusion initiatives. She also has experience in both advertising and corporate communications.
Granger earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from John Carroll University and holds a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the Institute for Organizational Management.
She has served on the boards of TEMPO, Milwaukee Women Inc., Imagine MKE, and Pius XI High School.
