Next Generation Youth and Family Center Celebrates Grand Opening and Fundraiser
Community event on Sunday, August 31, at 2 PM with ribbon cutting at 2:30 PM
MILWAUKEE, WI, August 12, 2025 — Next Generation Youth and Family Center is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest Milwaukee location at 6100 North 42nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53209. The community is invited to join a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2:30 PM during a family-friendly event, which begins at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
The grand opening event will serve as both a celebration and a fundraiser to support the Center’s building fund, enabling continued expansion and program affordability for Milwaukee families.
“We are excited to welcome Milwaukee families into our new home,” said Anita Robertson, Executive Director of Next Generation Youth and Family Center. “This event celebrates our community’s investment in youth growth, and every donation helps widen access to our transformative services.”
Expanding Opportunities for the Community
In addition to youth programs, the Center invites local entrepreneurs, caterers, and event planners to explore the variety of spaces available for rent, including:
● Office space for rent — perfect for small businesses, nonprofits, or start‑ups.
● Commercial kitchen for rent — ideal for caterers, bakers, and food entrepreneurs.
● Flexible gym/event space for rent — suited for community events, pop-up shops, private parties, and wellness activities.
The Center will also host scheduled open gym days for local youth, providing a supportive and welcoming space for recreation, connection, and positive social engagement.
