City of Milwaukee to seek new development partners for Marcus Center Parking Structure site
MILWAUKEE – The Department of City Development (DCD) will initiate the process of seeking new development partners for the City-owned Marcus Center Parking Structure site following discussions with representatives from Neutral, formerly The Neutral Project.
DCD will share future updates as efforts advance to identify new partners and will continue to have close communication with the Common Council and key stakeholders regarding this catalytic site.
