NEWaukee Announces ‘Building Tomorrow’ Innovation Series

Series to Feature Milwaukee Leaders Building the City’s Future

September 4, 2018NEWaukee is excited to announce Building Tomorrow, a new innovation series showcasing what colleges, companies, and communities are doing to build Milwaukee’s future. During the program, prominent local leaders discuss the various ways they are advancing education, business, and development in the city.

Building Tomorrow is a social evening designed to engage and inspire. Guests are invited to socialize with speakers before and after their presentations to start a communal dialogue on how to best move the community forward.

“There are so many passionate people building Milwaukee’s future whose stories go untold,” explains Jeremy Fojut, Chief Idea Officer of NEWaukee. “Our goal is to highlight not only the people doing this dynamic work, but also showcase the neighborhoods in which they happen.”

The first Building Tomorrow is taking place at Central Standard Craft Distillery’s Production Facility in the Near West Side, 2330 W Clybourn, Milwaukee, WI, on October 18th from 5:30-8:00pm. The evening also features drinks, complimentary food while it lasts, and music from TRUE Skool. The event is free and open to the public.
