ELIZABETH GREEN, Assistant Project Manager
Elizabeth brings over seven years of industry experience to BEAR Wisconsin. As a core member of the project team, she is responsible for new project set up and coordination and works to develop bid packages, schedules, and logistic strategies.
Candace joins BEAR experienced in both the residential and commercial arena, specializing in project renovations of office buildings, healthcare facilities and education institutions. She oversees the operations and safety of the construction site, from planning to completion.
SHARON REITSMA, Project Manager
Sharon joins BEAR Construction as an experienced Project Manager in Wisconsin and Illinois. She is an integral member of the Wisconsin Team as she brings her knowledge in commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, retail, and residential markets. Sharon will assist in the management of the construction, schedule, and safety for her projects.
JIM RESCHKE, Superintendent
Jim joins BEAR as a Superintendent with almost 40 years in the industry. He oversees the operations and safety of the construction site and is responsible for weekly safety meetings, coordinating trades activities to maintain a safe flow of work, along with developing site logistic plans, schedules, and phasing.
