MILWAUKEE (March 15, 2017) – MOTOR Bar & Restaurant is starting spring off right with a revamped menu guaranteed to get your stomach rumbling. Located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus, MOTOR’s new menu includes classics like Motor-style Mac ‘n Cheese, which can be customized five ways and the Bro-Tato, one serious spud stuffed with mini hamburger patties, bacon, cheese sauce and fried onions.

“The revamped menu features flavorful new dishes that continue to pull inspiration from the roadmap of America,” said Josh Peterson, executive chef, MOTOR Bar & Restaurant. “Our goal is to deliver hearty, scratch-made meals that make you feel at home, no matter where you’re from.”

Featuring tastes and flavors from across the county, MOTOR’s relaunched menu offers new diverse dishes with big biker attitude. New zesty sandwiches like the Bold BLT with roasted garlic mayo and herbed cheese spread or the Cajun Chicken Sandwich served on a sesame seed bun with chipotle mayo, are jam-packed with big taste down to the very last bite.

Looking for something with bold flavors and tasty twists sure to leave your mouth watering? Try the new Grilled Chicken Tacos featuring Cajun-style chicken topped with chipotle slaw, avocado crema and fresh cilantro.

Or, make any meal the most important of the day with MOTOR’s All Day Steak and Eggs. This breakfast favorite comes served up in a cast iron skillet piled high with potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tender sirloin steak, a fried egg and a side of house steak sauce.

The new menu also features new appetizers like tangy Asian Sesame Wings, Grilled Jalapeño Chimichurri Wings and crispy Fried Pickles served with a side of chipotle ranch.
