Learn how Andrew Gierczak, co-founder and head brewer at MobCraft Beer, harvested yeast from a historic beer cellar and turned it into Lager
Milwaukee, WI • 10/8/2019 — MobCraft Beer Co-Founder Andrew Gierczak and employee Dave Olson did a little spelunking in the historic Falk Brewing Company’s beer cellar and successfully isolated a long dormant strain of lager yeast. Admission to the talk is free and will take place Wednesday, October 16 from 6-8pm at MobCraft Beer – 505 S 5th Street, Milwaukee, WI. There will be plenty of Gier Bier to go around and a few prizes to be raffled off throughout the night!
“This project is the culmination of four passions of mine: Microbiology, Fermentation, Spelunking and History, which is why I am so excited to be able to share the details with all of you next wednesday!” – MobCraft Co-Founder, Andrew Gierczak
