Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council Statement on upcoming vote on proposed 2019-2021 State Capital budget

"We ask the State Building Commission members to support the 40,000 Wisconsin Workers in the building trades and vote in favor of Governor Evers’ 2019-2021 Capital Budget."

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council President Dan Bukiewicz released the following statement in response to on upcoming vote on proposed 2019-2021 State Capital budget:

“It’s refreshing to have a governor not only focused on what is best for workers and Wisconsin’s future, but someone who is willing to work collaboratively to get the best results. We ask the State Building Commission members to support the 40,000 Wisconsin Workers in the building trades and vote in favor of Governor Evers’ 2019-2021 Capital Budget. The proposed 2019-2021State Capital budget is much needed new construction and improvement projects all over the state that are vital to Wisconsin’s economy to help our state grow.”
