Milwaukee Bucks Sign Myles Turner
MILWAUKEE (July 7, 2025) – The Milwaukee Bucks have signed Myles Turner.
Turner, a 6-11, 250-pound center, appeared in 642 games (609 starts) over the past 10 seasons with Indiana, while averaging 14.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 1.3 assists in 28.7 minutes per game. A career 49.9% shooter from the field with a 36.2% mark from three, Turner has earned a double-figure scoring average in each of his 10 NBA seasons, including three consecutive seasons with more than 15.0 points per game (2022-25).
One of the NBA’s leading shot blockers, Turner has been in the top 10 in both total blocks and blocks per game in nine consecutive seasons, including two first-place finishes in 2018-19 and 2020-21. The 29-year-old is Indiana’s all-time leading blocker and ranks 45th all-time in NBA history (5th among active players) with 1,412 career blocks, and he has twice been voted in the top nine for Defensive Player of the Year.
Last season, he played in 72 games (all starts) with the Pacers, averaging 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists (3rd in NBA) and 1.5 assists in 30.2 minutes per game while shooting 48.1% from the field and 39.6% from three. He reached double figures in scoring 63 times, including 15 games with 20+ points and two games with 30+ points, and he hauled in 10+ rebounds 14 times for 13 double-doubles.
Originally selected by the Pacers with the 11th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, the Texas product saw playoff action in seven of his 10 seasons with Indiana, most recently starting in all 23 games of the team’s run to the 2025 NBA Finals. He’s appeared in 66 career postseason contests (63 starts) and averaging 13.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.3 assists in 30.7 minutes per game while shooting 50.0% from the field.
