MIAD Holiday Sale Feb. 5-6, 2021, supports local college student artists and designers

MILWAUKEE (January 19, 2021) – Celebrate the people you love this Valentine’s Day with a one-of-a-kind gift while supporting local student artists and designers!

ABOUT THE SALE
The MIAD Holiday Sale is February 5, 8 a.m. – February 6, midnight.

Shop online at miad.edu/holidaysale2021 and choose from 80+ works created by more than 30 MIAD students. Works available include jewelry, stickers, sculptures, paintings, prints, winter hats, leather wallets and more.

70% of sale proceeds support the participating student artists and designers, and 30% benefits MIAD student scholarships. FREE curbside pickup of purchased work is encouraged. Shipping is available for an additional cost.

Students such as Sami Rossow ’21 (Illustration) and Micah Pfeiffer ’23 (Communication Design) say they plan to use the money they earn from the sale to offset costs of their capstone senior thesis projects and pay bills.

VIP PREVIEW NIGHT
A VIP Preview Night, which provides early access to preview and shop before the sale opens to the general public, begins Feb. 4, 5 p.m. To be eligible for early access, individuals can sign up at miad.edu/holidaysale2021 to receive a special preview code.
