Rep. Ortiz-Velez Challenges Ismael Luna To Release GPS Data For Full Transparency and Compliance With Wisconsin Election Laws

By - Sep 8th, 2026 05:34 pm

State Representative Sylvia Ortiz-Velez issued a formal response to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) today, requesting a formal digital forensic audit to verify the integrity of the District 8 ballot.

Representative Ortiz-Velez has officially challenged Mr. Luna to voluntarily release his cellphone GPS location records, vehicle tracking, and cellular tower connection histories then that information would satisfy his claims and potentially address mine. Rep Ortiz -Velez is willing to share her location data to prove that all my documents and my voting history reflect compliance with the law.

The filing notes that Milwaukee prosecutors previously used digital forensic data—including cellphone GPS and cell tower logs—to uncover voter fraud by former school board member Aisha Carr. The exact same legal and forensic standard must be applied to Mr. Luna’s multi-address anomalies.
