MILWAUKEE – January 17, 2017Mason Street Grill, Milwaukee’s top restaurant for power lunches, wood-fired steaks, fresh seafood, private dining, after-work cocktails and live entertainment, is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2017.  As part of its celebration activities, the restaurant will undergo exciting enhancements and renovations to be unveiled to the public in early February.

“It has been an honor to serve our many notable, loyal guests and city visitors since opening 10 years ago and we thank everyone in the community who has supported Mason Street Grill.  As we celebrate our anniversary next month, we are excited to unveil a refreshed look for the restaurant, as well as an updated menu developed by Executive Chef Ramses Alvarez.  Our Mason Street Grill family is truly grateful for the past 10 years and we look forward to continuing to serve and be part of the fabric of the downtown neighborhood in the years to come,” said General Manager Serkan Yorulmaz.

One of the most prominent changes guests will notice is at the kitchen counter.  The current space will be divided in half to create two separate chef’s counters, both offering a special menu exclusively for those seated in this area.  The special menu will feature seasonal ingredients and provide a unique interactive dining experience as guests are able to observe and interact with the staff in the lively kitchen.

With this renovation, an increased emphasis has been placed on the artwork. Linda Marcus, local designer and artist, will curate a collection of local and international art to be displayed throughout the restaurant.

The restaurant will refresh its traditional look with new wood floors, updated seating restored with a dark brown leather, and an upgraded wine room display, that has a new design and look.

In addition to refreshing the overall décor, guests can look forward to expanded beverage offerings including new wine selections showcasing regional wine varieties and selective whiskey and bourbon options.

Mason Street Grill will be temporarily closed beginning Sunday, January 22 and will re-open on Thursday, February 9.  For ongoing renovation updates and a sneak peek into hidden secrets and interesting facts about Mason Street Grill and its staff, please visit the restaurant’s Facebook page.

Additional information and updates will be announced in the coming weeks.
