Lupi & Iris to celebrate 3rd anniversary on May 17
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (May 12, 2025) – On May 17, Chef Adam Siegel and his wife/business partner Daria Aitken-Siegel will celebrate the third anniversary of their renowned Lupi & Iris restaurant.
Lupi & Iris has been one of Milwaukee’s top dining spots since it burst onto the city’s culinary scene three years ago. Bucking the odds in an industry where 60% of startups fail within a year, Lupi & Iris has steadily gained customers – and critical acclaim – since its launch. Among its accolades are Top 10 recognition in the 2023 James Beard “Best New Restaurants” list; placing #15 in Yelp’s “Best New Restaurants of 2023” survey; being featured on Eater’s “Where to Eat 2024” list; and making virtually every “Milwaukee’s Top Restaurants” list since its opening. Additionally, the restaurant served as a filming location for last year’s Top Chef competition, with Chef Siegel as one of the show’s judges.
