MILWAUKEE, Wisc., April 22, 2022 — Indeed Brewing Company is excited to announce Sun Kids Pale Ale as its first canned beer to come from the pilot brewery location in Milwaukee. There will be a Sun Kids can release event on Saturday, April 23 to celebrate the milestone.

“I love Sun Kids Pale Ale because it’s unlike a lot of pale ale offerings out there. First, it’s a Reinheitsgebot beer, meaning we only use barley, hops, water, and yeast in this beer and no adjuncts like oats and wheat, which is a common feature with modern hoppy beers. Second, even though it has the tropical fruity character of American pale ales these days, it shows up crystal clear in your glass,” says Patrick Nickelson, Head Brewer, Indeed Milwaukee. “Nonetheless, this beer is for people who like hazy beers. We just cleared up the liquid a little bit, and lent the beer a slightly higher IBU on the very back end for balance and quaffability.”

Indeed partnered with Iron Heart Mobile Canning to can the beer at the pilot brewery in the Walker’s Point neighborhood. Staccato Italian Pilsner is the next beer slated to be canned and distributed in Milwaukee later this summer.
