Hoop It Up 3×3 Basketball Tour To Return To Deer District From Aug. 15-17

MILWAUKEE (March 4, 2025) – Hoop It Up, the national grassroots 3×3 basketball tour, will return to Deer District this summer from Aug. 15-17.

Hoop It Up comes back to Milwaukee for the second consecutive year with its three-day 3×3 tournament. Courts will be set up on the Plaza at Deer District and adjacent to the plaza in the street on Juneau Ave. The tournament will be open to players eight and older, with all genders and ability levels welcome, and have three divisions for youth, adult and Pro Am teams. Teams in the youth and adult divisions can have up to five players, while Pro Am entrants are limited to four players per team.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Hoop It Up back to Deer District for the second straight summer,” said Michael Belot, Bucks Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Chief Real Estate Development Officer. “Hoop It Up provides a fun-filled weekend for people of all ages to enjoy an exciting, outdoor basketball event.”

More than 100 teams participated in last year’s tournament in Deer District, which was the first Hoop It Up event in Milwaukee since 2012.
