Hillary Evans, M.D., Obstetrician, joins Outreach Community Health Centers’ Family Health Services Team
She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in Nashville
Outreach Community Health Centers (OCHC) is pleased to announce that Dr. Hillary Evans has agreed to serve as Obstetrician and Gynecologist for OCHC’s Family Health Services team effective November 18, 2019.
Evans was born and raised in Milwaukee, where she graduated from Dominican High School with honors before heading to Cincinnati to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, also with honors, from Xavier University. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in Nashville, and received her post-doctoral training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University at Buffalo in New York. Most recently, Evans worked in private practice in Columbus, Ohio.
Evan’s father is a retired general surgeon and her mother still works as a registered nurse, so Evans comes by her commitment to health services quite naturally. Her decision to join OCHC, whose mission is dedicated to serving the homeless, the uninsured and the marginalized of our community, reflects her passion for addressing health disparities among underserved people.
