GRAEF is excited to announce key leadership transitions within our Milwaukee Infrastructure and Facilities teams. Andre Ost has been appointed Infrastructure Group Leader, and Uriah Wolfe will step into the role of Facilities Group Leader. These strategic appointments reflect our commitment to strong leadership and continued growth as Mary Beth Pettit and Brent Pitcher advance to C-suite positions, and Lori Rosenthal prepares for a well-earned retirement.

Andre Ost – Infrastructure Group Leader
Part of the GRAEF team for 19 years, Andre Ost has played a pivotal role in the firm’s transportation and infrastructure projects. Andre was named an Associate in 2014 and promoted to Principal in 2020. For the past five years, he has served as Practice Area Leader for the Transportation Design team. In his new role, Andre will oversee the integration of the Infrastructure and Transportation groups, guiding strategic direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with GRAEF’s long-term vision.

“Andre possesses a deep technical expertise across both transportation and infrastructure disciplines,” said Mary Beth Pettit, Chief Technical Officer, and outgoing Milwaukee Transportation Group Leader. “His familiarity with both teams, coupled with his strategic approach and design capabilities, makes him an outstanding choice for this role.”

Brent Pitcher, incoming Chief Operating Officer and outgoing Milwaukee Infrastructure Group Leader, added, “Andre has always led with expertise, insight, and a strong commitment to both clients and colleagues. I’m confident he will build on the group’s success and continue to drive impactful results.”

Uriah Wolfe – Milwaukee Facilities Group Leader
With 26 years at GRAEF, Uriah Wolfe has been a pivotal leader, previously serving as Industrial Group Leader in Milwaukee before assuming leadership of the firm’s Madison office in 2022. Named a Principal in 2013 and elected to GRAEF’s Board of Directors in 2025, he has played a critical role in shaping the firm’s facilities and industrial design practice. As Milwaukee Facilities Group Leader, Uriah will oversee technical teams while driving business development, project management, and mentorship initiatives. His experience in industrial and facility design uniquely positions him to propel the group’s continued growth and innovation.

“Uriah’s leadership has been instrumental in strengthening our facilities practice,” said Lori Rosenthal, Principal, and outgoing Milwaukee Facilities Leader. “His ability to inspire teams, develop talent, and deliver exceptional results makes him the perfect fit to lead this group forward.”

GRAEF sincerely thanks Mary Beth, Brent, and Lori for their dedication, leadership, and invaluable contributions in their outgoing roles. Their commitment has left a lasting impact, and we are truly grateful for their service.

GRAEF President Pat Kressin reaffirmed the firm’s confidence in these appointments, stating, “Andre and Uriah are stepping into roles defined by a legacy of excellence, following in the footsteps of visionary leaders who have shaped GRAEF’s success. Without a doubt, they are the right individuals for the job. Their expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence make them the ideal choice to drive these teams forward. Under their guidance, our clients can trust that GRAEF will continue to deliver exceptional service.”
