Golden Eagles Head to Boston for New Balance Collegiate Showdown Saturday

First meet of 2025 for MU

MILWAUKEE – Marquette University track & field student-athletes head to Boston on Saturday for the New Balance Collegiate Showdown at the TRACK at new balance.

“We are excited to kick off 2025 at the excellent New Balance facility in Boston,” Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Bert Rogers said. “We have a smaller group traveling this weekend, but all of them put in a lot of work on their own over the break, and we are looking forward to some top notch, early season competition.”

Five Golden Eagles are making the trip for the meet at the host site of the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships.

First event begins at 9 a.m. CT on Saturday morning.
