MILWAUKEE (March 4, 2021) – Laughlin Constable, an independent, creative agency, today announced the promotion of Rome Seifert to chief operating officer (COO). Seifert has served as Laughlin Constable’s chief financial officer (CFO) for the last six years.

During his time as CFO, Seifert applied 20 years of accounting experience to provide valuable financial guidance that positioned employees and client partners at the center of his decision-making process.
