Fatal Shooting on the 8100 block of W. Hope Avenue Wednesday, March 26, 2025
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at approximately 8:42 a.m., on the 8100 block of W. Hope Avenue. The victim pointed a gun at the suspect at which time the suspect produced a gun and fired shots subsequently striking the victim. The victim, a 23-year-old, sustained fatal injuries. The gun was determined to be a facsimile. The suspect, a 24-year-old man, was arrested. The investigation is fluid and ongoing. This case will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
