Event Group Swell Returns With A Party Not To Be Missed

After the success of Swell's first event in September 2013, they've announced March 1 as the date for their second, anticipated event.

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (February 18, 2014) – After the success of Swell’s first event in September 2013, they’ve announced March 1 as the date for their second, anticipated event. This party will feature new attractions, a new location, new special guests, and great sponsors.

The upcoming event will be hosted by local drag queen Trixie Mattel, along with co-host Lady Beard and special guest from Chicago, Kim Chi. Music for the evening will be spun by DJ Asher Diamonds, with special photography by Shakylegs. Fashion designer Timothy Westbrook will also return to showcase some pieces. A number of other attractions will fill the evening. Sponsors of the party are Absolut Vodka (who will be debuting a new flavor there), Wet Lube, and Scottfree Salon.

The event will take place at D.I.X. (739 S. 1st St.), from 9:00pm – 2:30am. There will be a $5 cover, with a portion of the proceeds going to AIDS Walk Wisconsin.
