Eastcastle Place Health and Rehabilitation Introduces New Leadership Team

The Health and Rehabilitation Center at Eastcastle provides assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation and skilled care.

Eastcastle Place Health and Rehabilitation Center is welcoming new leadership to its team. Dr. Michael Johnstone has been named medical director and Lindsey Viegut is the new administrator.

Eastcastle Place is a Life Plan Community, offering independent living, promoting an active lifestyle for seniors. The Health and Rehabilitation Center at Eastcastle provides assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation and skilled care.

Dr. Johnstone has more than 30 years of experience working in family and senior patient care, currently with Columbia St. Mary’s Glendale Clinic. In his new role, Dr. Johnstone will provide medical oversight to the Eastcastle Place Health and Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Johnstone is a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Director Association.

Viegut has a degree in healthcare administration and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Wisconsin. Her most recent experience has been directing a 150-bed health center in West Allis. In her new role, Viegut will be providing leadership and operational oversight at Eastcastle Place Health and Rehabilitation Center, working closely with all departments to ensure that the high standard of excellent care is maintained.
