MILWAUKEE, May 9, 2024 – The Barry Company, a leading southeast Wisconsin commercial real estate company headquartered in downtown Milwaukee, announced today that Eastside Commons, LLC has sold its 13,736 square feet multifamily/commercial property located at 712 E. Knapp Street, Milwaukee, to Fountainhead Contractors, LLC.
