Now Pouring on the Rails: Amtrak Partnership Launches

Travelers on Amtrak’s Borealis line — which connects Chicago to Minneapolis/St. Paul with scenic stops in Winona, La Crosse, Milwaukee and Glenview — can now enjoy Central Standard’s Brandy Old Fashioned Ready-to-Drink (RTD) canned cocktails onboard.

The product debuted onboard March 26, and early feedback points to strong initial success.

The nostalgic summer staple, Rocket Pop Pour Ready, is getting a limited-time summer upgrade: it’s now available as a canned RTD cocktail. With its bold, berry-forward flavor and refreshing finish, Rocket Pop RTD is perfect for poolside hangouts, backyard BBQs, lake days, and everything in between.

“This one really captures the essence of summer,” said Kanter. “It’s fun, it’s flavorful, and it brings a little bit of that popsicle joy to grown-up gatherings.”

RTD Cocktails Now Available in Iowa

Following the success of its RTD canned cocktails in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, Central Standard is proud to expand distribution into Iowa for the first time, debuting at select Kwik Star locations across the state. The expansion marks a significant step in Central Standard’s mission to bring high-quality, convenient cocktails to more people throughout the Midwest.

Back in Milwaukee, Crafthouse & Kitchen’s rooftop bar, The Aviary, will reopen for the season over Memorial Day weekend, offering sweeping downtown views and the launch of a new signature cocktail, the Rooftop Refresher, a canned Aperol Spritz — available exclusively on the rooftop.
