Milwaukee, WI – David Crowley, candidate for the Democratic nomination in Wisconsin’s State Assembly District 17, is honored to announce the endorsement of his campaign by Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele.
“David has proven his worth to Milwaukee over the course of his career, said Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele. “He is someone I know he will work with all interested parties to make Milwaukee a great place to live and work. I endorse his campaign and look forward to his election to the State Assembly in November.”
“I want to thank County Executive Chris Abele for his support. I look forward to working with him and the County Board in making sure we continue to fund county services,” said Crowley. “I am committed to fighting for more resources that directly affect the public transit system, public safety and corrections, as well as our seniors and people with disabilities.”
David Crowley is a long time resident of the 17th District, an ACLU board member, and Policy Director for State Senator Nikiya Harris Dodd. The primary election is August 9th, 2016.
