Milwaukee, WI – April 14th, 2025 — In an ongoing effort to reduce gun violence and promote community safety, Sincere Farewells, LLC, in partnership with WestCare Foundation of Wisconsin (501(c)(3) and Shepard Arms, LLC, is proud to host a Gun Buyback Event on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at WestCare of Wisconsin • 335 W. Wright Street. Milwaukee, WI 53212 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

This initiative provides a safe, anonymous, and judgment-free opportunity for individuals to voluntarily surrender firearms — no questions asked — in exchange for compensation. The goal is simple yet powerful: to reduce the number of guns in our community and to take proactive steps toward preventing future tragedies.

Gun violence impacts all of us, and we believe that community-led prevention efforts can truly save lives. This event offers a practical and peaceful way for residents to be part of the solution. We invite neighboring communities to participate as well.

Key Event Details:

• What: Milwaukee Gun Buyback Event
• When: Saturday, June 14th, 2025 • 12:00pm
• Where: WestCare of Wisconsin • 335 W. Wright Street. Milwaukee, WI 53212
• How: Anonymous firearm drop-off with financial incentives provided

Firearms will be safely collected in accordance with established protocols. Firearms that are blemished, scratched-off or involved in a crime will be collected by the local police department for further investigation. The unblemished, clean firearms will be sold by Shepard Arms, LLC (licensed FFL). The proceeds will be donated to WestCare of Wisconsin (non-profit) to assist with mental health programs, veterans services, educational services, emergency support and more.

In addition to firearm collection, the event also seeks community support and involvement. Organizers are actively encouraging local businesses, civic groups, churches, and individuals to participate by:

• Donating funds or resources to support buyback incentives, volunteering on-site
• Spreading awareness through social media and community networks
• Partnering as an official event sponsor or supporter

We can’t overstate the power of collective action. Every gun surrendered is a potential life saved.
