This was a private seller who had purchased the property about three years ago and needed to dissolve a partnership. We brought the deal to market in November, generated 3–4 competitive offers, and ultimately secured an all-cash buyer.

The buyer — a $500M fund — was making their first acquisition in Wisconsin. We closed at $4,500,000. Colliers represented the seller in the transaction and sourced the buyer, Curbline, we completed the transaction in just 60 days.
