91.7FM WMSE welcomes Kyle Pieczynski as the station’s new event coordinator. Pieczynski comes to WMSE with a wealth of experience including being the general manager of WWSP 90FM, the UW-Stevens Point radio station, and producer and production assistant on 620 WTMJ’s Jeff Wagner Show. At WMSE, his responsibilities will include organizing events, volunteer outreach and recruitment.

“We are excited to welcome Kyle to the big sound downtown,” said Tom Crawford, WMSE station manager. “Kyle will quickly become a familiar face for fans of WMSE. When you see him at our great events like Rockabilly Chili, Art & Music, and the Backyard BBQ, be sure to ask him about his collection of 800 (and counting) vinyls!”

“I’m a Central WI transplant, having moved to MKE in the summer of 2017 after graduating from UW-Stevens Point. I live on Milwaukee’s East Side with my wife Kaylee, and our two cats, Frank and Stella,” said Pieczynski. “My wife and I are big fans of community radio (we met each other while working at UWSP’s radio station, WWSP 90FM), live music, travelling around the U.S. and all parts of Wisconsin, and visiting any brewery, tap room, or bar within a stone’s throw of wherever we might be. I also work part-time at Lakefront Brewery, giving brewery tours and slinging drinks behind the bar.”
