Recently, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney issued his decision regarding the death of Kyle P.J. Massie, which occurred on October 14, 2023, in the City of Fond du Lac, Wis. The district attorney determined there will be no criminal charges for involved law enforcement.
