Office & Industrial

Wisconsin Insurance Plan renewed its 2,790 SF at the Atlas Building located at 600 W. Virginia Street within the Tannery Business Complex. Ned Purtell and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate LLC.

Vack Regency LLC purchased the 9,840 SF office building at 280 Regency Court in Brookfield, WI for $370,000. Joe Carollo and Brett Deter represented the Seller, 280 Regency Court LLC.

Chasing Paper leased 3,902 SF at The Artistry Building located at 133 W Pittsburgh Avenue in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point Neighborhood. John Davis represented the Tenant.

Kruser Recycling leased 7,189 SF at 2601 Seifert Drive in Madison, WI. Paul McBride represented the Landlord, Groves County Estate LLC.

Broadview Advisors LLC renewed its 3,954 SF at 330 Kilbourn located in Downtown Milwaukee. Bob Flood represented the Tenant.

The Community Warehouse, Inc. leased 51,700 SF at 4837 W Woolworth Avenue in Brookfield, WI. Joe Carollo represented the Landlord, Woolworth Development Group LLC.

Retail

Matthew Beadle and Tom Treder represented JMC Properties, Inc. in leasing 1,775 SF to Lending Hands Healthcare at Canopy Square (4865 S. 27th St.), in Greenfield.

Tom Treder represented Heartland Dental in purchasing 1.125 acres from Meijer Stores on Sunset Dr., in Waukesha.

Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented Dollar Tree in leasing 9,000 SF at 744 Taylor St., in Medford.

Matthew Beadle & Tom Treder represented 9Round in leasing 1,449 SF at West Towne Center (1166 Westowne Dr.) in Neenah.

Firehouse Subs leased 2,000 SF at the Pick ‘N Save Center (5210 Vanguard Dr.) in West Bend. Matthew Beadle and Ross Koepsel represented Inland Commercial Real Estate Services, and Tom Bruss and Tom Treder represented Firehouse Subs, in this transaction.

Jay Blom and Tom Treder represented Ten Patels Delavan, LLC in renewing the lease with AT & T for three years at Delavan Crossings (1741 E. Geneva St.) in Delavan.

Matthew Beadle and tom Bruss represented KAWIPS Delaware Wauwatosa, LLC in leasing 1,335 SF at 418 N. Mayfair Rd. in Wauwatosa.
